  • Certified by the American Red Cross or local governing Board of Health

  • Suitable and easily identifiable staff uniforms supplied

    MAINTENANCE

  • Cleanliness and operation of pool and filtration systems
  • Cleanliness of deck areas
  • All chemicals provided
  • Lounge chairs wiped down and stacked daily, cleaned weekly
  •  

    HIRING AND SCHEDULING

  • All staff provided for safe operation
  • Daily staffing provided one half-hour prior to pool opening
  • Additional staff provided during peak hours, weekends and holidays
  • Responsible for all employee payroll costs and taxes
  •  

    PRE- AND POST-SEASON POOL MAINTENANCE

    SPRING CLEANUP

  • Removal of dirty water from pool
  • Acid washing of entire pool surface
  • Installing, servicing and cleaning of pool equipment
  • Cleaning of pool furniture
  •  

    FALL WINTERIZATION

  • Drainage of water from pool and all pool related equipment
  • Installation of antifreeze in all related piping and pumping systems
  • Removal and storage of all pool furniture
  •  

    SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS

  • Operation in accordance with the highest industry standards
  • Operation in compliance with all municipal laws, rules and regulations
  • All Board of Health requirements are met and maintained
  • All necessary equipment provided for the safe running of the facility
